- Dinner lady very rude.
- Some nurses lovely and tell the truth, on occasions some trouble to communicate and confused patient where second opinion and needed.

- Give nurse answers sooner.

Because where I visited last week, I was discharged within 24 hours being admitted this time. My stay was taken seriously. I was thoroughly checked and looked after. I now feel well enough to go home. Where as the last time I certainly didn't.
Suggested improvements
Provide ice volleys to cool us all down and switch off the heating which must be costing NHS fortunes!
